Automotive Holdings Group Limited (ASX:AHE) is a diversified automotive retailing and logistics group with operations in every Australian mainland state and in New Zealand. AHG’s origins can be traced back to Western Australia in 1952, with the Group now operating over 100 dealership franchise sites.

The Company is Australia's largest automotive retailer with its major operations in Western Australia, New South Wales and Queensland. In 2006, AHG acquired the Sydney based McGrath Lander Group, providing the first beach head for growth along the eastern seaboard. In 2007, AHG acquired the Zupps Group in Queensland, further consolidating its position as Australia’s largest automotive retailer. AHG also operates the Prestige Hino truck dealership in Dandenong, Victoria – one of the largest in the country, as well as Liverpool Nissan in New South Wales.

AHG operates logistics businesses throughout Australia through subsidiaries:

	Rand Transport (refrigerated transport and storage)
	AMCAP (motor parts and industrial supplies distribution)
	KTM Sportmotorcycles (motorcycle importation & distribution in Australia and New Zealand)
	Vmoto Scooters (exclusive distributorship in Australia)
	VSE (vehicle storage and engineering services based in Victoria)

The Group employs over 3,500 people in Australia and New Zealand. AHG has gone from strength to strength over the years, listing on the Australian Stock Exchange in November 2005. Shortly after, in September 2006, AHG acquired two Ford and Mazda dealerships from the Auckland Auto Collection Limited (AACL) in New Zealand - that's us, John Andrew Ford and Mazda, as well as our sister dealership, North Harbour Ford and Mazda on the North Shore.
